Dear Astron, i visited your pertrol station Marlands branch this morning and received the most unprofessional service from your staff. I went there to pour diesel. The petrol attendant who was assisting me didnt ask me whether oil and water is fine. Ok i passed that, when it was time to pay he didnt ask me about the points card. I then asked him whether the garage no longer request card for points since he only swiped my payment card, he just simply walked away. I then asked the other two attendants who were busy with other customers to assist me. One of them came and i asked him whether they no longer ask for point cards, he said they do and assisted me. The attendant who walked away now came back after he saw his Colleague was assisting me. I asked him why he is giving me unprofessional service, he just shouted like i am bothering him and walked away again. We have been using this garage for years since it was caltex and we have never received such bad service. I personally choose to buy at this garage instead of other garages because of the good service we have always received. Your unprofessional staff gave me a slip that was not written his name on. My card was swiped at 8:12:45. His Colleague who came to assist me with a points slip gave me a slip that showed a name and the slip was printed at 8;15am the second slip was written P Tshibaloni. Astron, this particular staff who gave me unpoffessional service is really dragging your brand to the mud. we will avoid using your garage because of one staff member who disrespects customers. For the first time in history of many years, I have never been assisted by such a rude staff member.
Dear Nedbank, i opened your account and received an email on the 9th February 2026 that my account is active. I was informed by your staff that my banker will call me. I have been calling your call centre for assistance and told my banker will call me. i have managed to order and active the cards througn your call centre but i am still not able to do anything on the app because i am told i must wait for a call from the banker since the 9th of February. I cant use your app because i am told my profile is not linked on the app. i cant view balance, i. am even scared to transact cos the account seems domant on your app. This is really frustrating. What must one do to get service from your staff?
Dear Fnb, do you train some of your secure chat staff? Some never respond to what you ask them. at 10:50am i paid payment on the credit card account and wanted to settle both straight and budget. i was assisted by Mahadi who refused to answer a simple question of whether straight was also settled. Fnb doing business with you is becoming unpleasant. I didnt contact my banker because i felt like its something that can be done quick on secure chat. The negative attitude we are receiving from your staff member is honestly unfair.
Nando’s meadowdale is so unprofessional. I placed an order on uber eats. It was confirmed at 10am by the restaurant to have received it. At 10:45am which is 45 minutes later, the decide to cancel my order. Why is this branch so unprofessional. If we go buy there, in most cases they will tell you to wait because the meat is frozen. These are the people who only open at 10am. Doesn’t your staff know that they will be selling meat the next day? Why is your service always pathetic ?
I cancelled my will with absa after receiving bad service. When absa contacted me I made it clear to them that I am cancelling my will with them and when I die they are not the executor of my estate. This was on the 2nd August 2001. To this day absa is still debiting me for the safe keeping of my will even though they rep**** acknowledging my complain. Absa stop debiting my account. On the 21st April 2024 I ordered a pizza for delivery using the debonairs pizza mobile app. I called Debonairs pizza primrose to confirm if they received my order and they said they did and said it will be delivered in few minutes. I waited and after an hour i called the store to find out where is my order. The delivery person called me to say he is outisde. I went outside he was not there. I then asked him if he is not maybe on the wrong address and asked him to confirm his delivery address, the address was indeed correct. Another hour passes and the lady at the store told me that the guy is on the way. i said to the lady the delivery person has been on the way, can i please get my money back because, he keeps on lying to say he is outside and its been more than 2 hours. i then tweeted @debonairspizza notifying them about my disatisfaction and that i want my money back. I was asked to provide all the order details and this was done the 22nd aPRIL 2024. Complaint case number CAS-943270-H1Z9V9 was created and i received a call from a gentleman claimining to be a store manager and said he has processed my refund and it will take 5 days to reflect. I have since been waiting for over a month to get my refund. I then contacted your social media tweeter again and asked about my refund on sunday the 19th May 2024, i still have not received my money. its a pitty that i have to lodge my complain on hellopeter because you are refusing to refund me my money. Why did your so called store manager lie and say he prosessed my refund when he didnt. Your rotten potatoe staff is damaging your brand. I patiently waited even after 5 days for my refund because i didnt think it was going to be an issue considering that i had your brands reputation in high regard. Debonairs i want my money, what is wrong with you people ?
I bought clothes from turworths Bedfordview last year. I bought them using my account and took it on a 6 months instalments. Your staff confirmed that my instalment will be R860 monthly for the next 6 months. and they said its interest free. To my shock all of a sudden you send an sms saying I must pay R920? For what when my account is always paid on time and I advent taken any items? I asked you to send me a statement and you are still not sending a statement after numerous requests. I tried to log on to your website to access the statement and I am still not winning. how does an instalment of 860 miraculously change to 920 with no reason what so ever? worse part you never send statements
Checked in on Friday the 27 October 2023 and checked out on morning Monday 30 October 2023. It was our 3rd time visiting this place. Their staff that is responsible for cleaning rooms have bad attitude and they are unprofessional. The lady just walked in at 9:30am without saying a word and started opening cupboards without saying anything to us as guests. I then remembered that the lady who helped us to check in said we will have to do a checkout inspection with her colleague when we leave. The colleague had such disgusting attitude. Why do you hire unprofessional people ? We stayed at unit 22. It was our 3rd holiday here and it’s always the same issue. Do you train your cleaners about customer service ? How does a person just walk in and not say a word and open staff without even telling us about the check out inspection.
Lungisile called me acknowledging the complaint but said her colleague will call me to solve the matter. Nobody called me ever since.
In the year 2018 I opened a business account with Nedbank. This was the worst decision of my life. The lady who was assisting me to open the account at Nedbank bedfordcentre mall didn't order a card for me. as a result I couldn't transact because I didn't have a business card I eventually got frustrated and asked Nedbank to close my account. To my show its now 2022 and Nedbank sends me a message that the business account is on negative, how when I haven't been using the account and I asked you close the account? mind you there was even some funds that I didn't withdraw. What is wrong with you people? why are you refusing to close the account that I never even use? Close that account !!!!
