Worst Experience EVER.

Most disgusting treatment received as patient there between Thursday & Friday 18/19 October 2024.This came after raising concerns with the nursing staff against Dr Estelle Wiid for billing my medical aid for doctors visits that in fact did not take place.I had to RHT last night after been kept in their premises involuntarily after raising concerns of misappropriation of funds been debited from my medical aid,as well as that they refused to give me my phone at the set time of 4 pm as i was told that i was not booked off by any doctors especially not by Dr Estelle Wiid,and that they had every right to withhold my phone for that day.I had an operation on tuesday morning at a hospital outisde harmony clinic which they were all aware of.Upon arriving back i handed in the letter stating i am booked off until monday to recover from my leg operation.I was given the go ahead to go rest.On thursday late afternoon i was approached in my room while resting by Dr Wiid advising me that she charges a very low amount compared to other doctors and how dare i question her.I then told her she is being rude and that i do not want to consult with her beacuse she is incorrectly debiting amounts from my medical aid and im not happy about that.She then told me i can go and speak to lawyers about it.I then advised that i will do so.She then slammed the door and walked out.On friday as far as i was aware that i was booked off and that i could not attend classes as i was taking pain medication for my operation and recovering. Upon questioning the RA on duty named Chris as to why am i not able to get my phone.He then advised me that Dr Wiid had a meeting with the clinical staff and they came to an agreement that i cannot receive my phone as i was sleeping and did not attend classes and that i HAD to attend class on saturday if i want my phone back.This was even more concerning because i knew that i was booked off from MY DOCTOR as well as the nurses at the clinic,so where was this coming from..... I did not leave it there.I informed Chris that in no way will i accept that and being treated poorly because Dr Estelle Wiid said she did not give the go ahead to book me off.With the back and forth walking from RA to nurses it was a tedious process against brick walls as well as calls to the clinical manager and all came from one concern being raised and now all of this treatment starts.I could not leave the premises,i couldnt get my phone,incuding the cash that was taken out my wallet and kept in safe keeping ,also because in my first 3 weeks stay Dr Estelle decided to debit money from my float even they she had been deducting from my medical aid.After advising the finance the lady said Ok she will waive the fee and i was able to use my balance theroff.if you do not keep track of these amounts then you can be assured of surprise amounts popping up.In no way does the representation of their website look anything like what it actually is,neither do the so called "Taylor made solutions"get offered as per what I had come in there for.It is overcrowded I was placed in a room of 6 beds(aftercare) even after advising them of the noise ,the heat in their lecture hall as well as that I had anxiety.Non of this mattered.This place is a construction site yes they state their pool is under construction but their program offerings and the actual place is far from what is portrayed.I am still awaiting my Physical cash which they said they waiting for the safe keys on Monday.The clinic manager is totally aware of all of this and I have have reported the activities to the relevant parties.They were blatantly being difficult just because i refused to be a silent patient over mistreatment and misconduct.I hope the medical ombudsman can investigate this further because the trauma received is worst than what i actually went there with.I could go on and on to describe all that goes on there.This is supposed to be called "HARMONY CLINIC" Worst experience of my LIFE.
