Rude Hostess/Owner at the door
Not a great place to start your morning as we were trying out every restaurant in the street each we went to Harrie’s to try their pancakes and the hostess was rude and not welcoming. Only the waitresses were keen on assisting. Maybe their pancakes are nice but the service isn’t. Or maybe only to people of colour.

Harries Pancake Dullstroom
I’m referring to the Dullstroom branch. I experienced discriminatory behavior at this store. I felt unwelcome, and it was clear there was a negative attitude toward Black customers. This made for an uncomfortable and disappointing experience. It’s 2024, guys. Stop this nonsense.

Harries Pancake Dullstroom
I’m referring to the Dullstroom branch. I experienced discriminatory behavior at this store. I felt unwelcome, and it was clear there was a negative attitude toward Black customers. This made for an uncomfortable and disappointing experience. It’s 2024, guys. Stop this nonsense.

Harries Pancakes,Graskop rude manangeress.
Graskop. Our trip to Harries on Saturday,was a total disappointment after having to wait 45 minutes in the blazing sun, watching tour buses being pushed in,and than having a rude manageress, wanting to take orders after being ignored for 15 minutes after being seated, when we have not even been given menus. unfortunately I do not know their menu,and when pointing out we do not have menus, she took it on herself to single me out and be rude. I honestly thing they are just riding on their name and they are overpriced,and food id nothing to rave about. common thread here is that many people encounter rudeness from their staff

Harries Pancakes
we recently visited Dullstroom-Harries pancakes. We popped by and was immediately assisted. Fresh pancakes and a variety on the menu...nice seating and friendly staff. I would recommend Harries Pancakes to all

Chaos mad house of pancakes
Harries Pancakes in Graskop is chaos. Upon our arrival there was no one outside so we walked into the front area and the reception area was packed with people all standing there. Tried to talk to a waitress and before I could even say anything she just said to me rudely that its fully booked and walked off. I was so shocked how this lady was so rude. I then spoke to the other waitresses to tell them that we actually have a booking. Then only this rude waitress was like "oh" . After we had booked and preordered our meals we still sat there waiting for our drinks and food. The worst service ever. The waitresses were literally running up and down the passage, not waiting for customers to walk past first. They were noisy and shouting orders at each other. Food is great but it's not worth being so badly treated.

Avoid Harrie’s pancakes in Dullstroom
Seems that all the reviews for the Dullstroom branch say the same thing. The owner/ manager is exceptionally rude. The service is exceptionally slow. Now they have no plan for loadshedding- multiple menu items are unavailable. Seems like they are thinking that their ‘good’ name will be enough to keep them open… risky where there are now many better quality competitors in Dullstroom. I note that they are also yet to respond to a review on this platform…. Indicates that they really don’t care about customers?

What an terrible experience
The Graskop branch, what a disappointing experience, furniture in bad shape, noice in kitchen so bad that we were forced to go outside, the noise is equipment, lack of maintenance. On arrival, sorry we don't accept cards, this in today's life. Will not visit them again
