Chaos mad house of pancakes

Harries Pancakes in Graskop is chaos. Upon our arrival there was no one outside so we walked into the front area and the reception area was packed with people all standing there. Tried to talk to a waitress and before I could even say anything she just said to me rudely that its fully booked and walked off. I was so shocked how this lady was so rude. I then spoke to the other waitresses to tell them that we actually have a booking. Then only this rude waitress was like "oh" . After we had booked and preordered our meals we still sat there waiting for our drinks and food. The worst service ever. The waitresses were literally running up and down the passage, not waiting for customers to walk past first. They were noisy and shouting orders at each other. Food is great but it's not worth being so badly treated.
