Takes Deposit and don't deliver service

We wanted to move from Burgersfort to Bredasdorp. We saw a add on Facebook were Lizzy whos working for Harrys furniture removals posted about there removal business. We contacted her about using there company. They asked us to pay a deposit. We paid the deposit, but at the end of the day a day before they should have picked up our furniture.We found out that she tried to steal the money and was never going to take our furniture to Bredasdorp. The owner Harry said that he had nothing to do with it, but she was working for him and used his company. We have all the confirsations and photos that was sent to us. They did give back R2000 but doesnt want to refund the rest. Now our deposit is gone with the wind and when we asked the owner to refund the money he said that he is going to give me over to clientele. So now we are struggling to get The rest of our deposit back and we had to get a new company and paid everything again.
