WORST PLACE EVER

Notwithstanding the beautiful luxury tent - which i can say is the only PLUS for this place, it was the worst experience i had. The owner does not attend to complaints of noise and well after 10 when our neighbours did not calm down, Derick just confirmed he will give us back our money. Needless to say, we arrived Friday, left at 08:45 Saturday - NEVER saw Derick after various promises that he is on his way.

I did get my money back, but Derick did not even bother to come and see us himself. He left his receptionist to sort out the mess.

further the advertising on the websites are not as it seems. as i said, the only thing that was nice was the tent and we could not even enjoy that because of other people and the lack of an owner's responsibility.
