Harvey world travel ballito durban
Premature review prior to staying at the booked place.
Big name, disgusting service. Ballito branch fehmidah manga is the agent, booked us in a hotel that has reviews of roaches and broken stuff. Asked for cancelation and was told it's a "special rate" so we can't cancel.
3rd party allows cancelation, hotel website states can cancel until 24hours prior to check in which we are well before 24hours
Please stay away from the services sector if you're not all about customer satisfaction.
