My family members recently went to Mecca for their 1st time obligatory Haj the agent Ridwaan Gangaat They spent over R500 000 for the packages in total and received nothingless than disgusting service Transport paid for was not rendered No transport provided from Araafat to Musdallipha nor proper accomodation in Minnah no transport provided fro Aziza to airport on return Was threatened by Ridwaan to be deported from Mecca if they challenged him Disgusting he was entrusted to make this very spritual journey an experience of a lifetime instead he made it a nightmare took care only of the elite when in Mecca rich and poor were on the same level no distintion to be made Never recommend Harvey World Travel ever The face of Harvey was Ridwaan Gangaat who is rude arrogant and pompous From day one initial booking to return from the journey a nightmare with Harvey World Travel People before going to Haj with Harvey do your homework On the Plaines of Araafat we lodged a complaint to the Almighty to take accountability from Ridwaan Gangaat representing Harvey World Travel Fazila Malik no matter what was still the best to her hujaj and to those whom were let down by agents like Ridwaan Gangaat of Harvey Speak from my personal experience with Fazila Malik SAHUC take some accountability exposing the people to such agents you accredited as Haj operators
