Unacceptable behaviour and Service
My family members recently went to Mecca for their 1st time obligatory Haj the agent Ridwaan Gangaat They spent over R500 000 for the packages in total and received nothingless than disgusting service Transport paid for was not rendered No transport provided from Araafat to Musdallipha nor proper accomodation in Minnah no transport provided fro Aziza to airport on return Was threatened by Ridwaan to be deported from Mecca if they challenged him Disgusting he was entrusted to make this very spritual journey an experience of a lifetime instead he made it a nightmare took care only of the elite when in Mecca rich and poor were on the same level no distintion to be made Never recommend Harvey World Travel ever The face of Harvey was Ridwaan Gangaat who is rude arrogant and pompous From day one initial booking to return from the journey a nightmare with Harvey World Travel People before going to Haj with Harvey do your homework On the Plaines of Araafat we lodged a complaint to the Almighty to take accountability from Ridwaan Gangaat representing Harvey World Travel Fazila Malik no matter what was still the best to her hujaj and to those whom were let down by agents like Ridwaan Gangaat of Harvey Speak from my personal experience with Fazila Malik SAHUC take some accountability exposing the people to such agents you accredited as Haj operators

In Ermelo I was unable to get my Volvo fixed and I needed to get the car towed to Florida Roodepoort I contacted Nepp Towing Services and within half an hour from the time of my call in the evening they were there and were so friendly and professional got my car towed to my home in Florida parked it into my yard .Sibisiso and Martin were really very helpful and so was Emanuael I would recommend tgem anytine This is called moving the extra mile in deleviring service with a smile They took the stress out a stressful situation Their pricing beats the rest Awesome Service Guys

Rejection of claim without concrete evidence via engineers and geologist report no engagement with local council
Recently my daughter bought a house with a fiber glass swimming pool After having moved in it was noticed that the pool had to be topped up very often On calling in the local pool specialist it appeared the pool had a crack or more and the water was seeping through this cracks underground.Thus there was alot of water under the fiber glass pool When Outsurance sent an assessor from PoolAction he came for a mere 10mins abd sent in a report to Outsurance that the pool was damaged by the rising water table pressure and on this premise the claim was rejected We lodged a dispute and it was rejected yet again I am yet to see a report from the engineer or geologist or confirmation from the local Municipality confirming that in John Vorster Park which is deemed an A area has a problem of rising water table pressure The house foundaruon is fine rhe garden on the rest of the property is fine no signs of pressure from underground rising water table issue Only under the pool and along side of pool the risingwater problem the neighbour at the back has no issues It has become so common for insures to evade claims based on the clause Damage caused by rising water table is not within the ambit of the structural cover This is costing the home owners financial loss depreciation of value of property cost to replace and repair at own cost despite paying high insurance premiums This must stop Ombudsman are you listening to the layman or protecting the insurers Seek a just and fair outcomes
