I have been contacted by them suggesting that I was involved in a 'hit and run' / rear ending a parked car. The whole process and communication from them raises many flags. They had all my details and are requesting payment for damages or for me to get my insurance to cover it. They sent me screenshot of a claim letter they were drafting on MS word...not even the actual letterđ¤. I asked for proof as I have not had any accidents at all let alone a 'hit and run'. Would I not know about it if I had or have damage on my vehicle if I did not notice it somehowđ. No proof provided at all and seems to me very strange. All contact numbers, including the one listed on their website +27100355203, that they called me from were all already flagged on True caller as spam/****. They have been careful not to send formal correspondence that ties them to their company. Only calls or WhatsApp messages from cell number also flagged on True caller. I have now blocked their telephone numbers. I remain very cautious of this company - as yourself if this is how attorneys normally operate? I still await the details and proof of the accused damages from them (via email or post as per my request) which I suspect I won't receive.

Their Standard Bank client hit my car, she wrote the accident report, stated that she hit my car, Arangies refused me justice by defending the matter, even after I won the case at the small claims court, they still thereâs the needle in to a hay stack

I would like to complement Althea Carls for the excellent service she rendered without any failure. She's an assets for this company. I had car accident claim since February 2018, eventually I received my access refund amount back on the 25th February 2021. I am very impressed with her service, she was doing follow up, always send email for an update. If she was not committed and took ownership I don't think I would have my refund back. Thank you for your loyalty and being a team player in your organization and to the customers. Your service, positive attitude, hardworking and being so professional. Keep it up and well done.

I had car accident claim since February 2018, eventually I received my access refund amount back on the 25th February 2021. I am very impressed with her service, she was doing follow up, always send email for an update. If she was not committed and took ownership I don't think I would have my refund back. Thank you for your loyalty and being a team player in your organization and to the customers. Your service, positive attitude, hardworking and being so professional. Keep it up and well done.

I have had an accident 16 October 2019, The insured party has logged a case with her insurance which was then handed over to the attorneys, ever since I have not received a call from the attorneys each time I had to call them back and when I called there has never been any positive feedback or progress on my case, I was told Melissa was handling my case which she has never given me any positive feedback on that my case was logged as a recovery which is incorrect this case is to be treated as a liability as it is such, however Melissa could not give me positive feedback on my case and a way forward, she has asked me to send her emails and she never returned to my emails, now my case is handled by someone different its been a week now since I have not gotten any feedback I sent emails on Monday no response to this day, no one in this firm is willing to be accountable for a case assigned to them, no one gives feedback when they are working on a case, I do not understand how a liability case can take over 6 months when I have submitted everything required from my self. I would not be supprised if they called me to redo the quotes because they are outdated which is what I think they are aiming for just to pro long the process, I need my car sorted ASAP I have been very patient with this firm and its employees and I have been understanding each time I am given a different story.

On the 18 June 2019 SA underwriters insured rear ended my car and I understand that an incident is accident the insured did not willfully cause me damage My car was dented already when SA underwriter insured rear ended my car. It was already assessed by the panel beater who was going to fix it and the quotation was R44321.00. It was done on the 4th June 2019.My car was already booked in to be fixed .So when SA underwriter insured rear ended my car , the panel beater re-assessed my car and there were further damages. The second assessment was done on the 20 June 2019 and the second quotation went up to R62962.50. For me a car is not for luxury , it my daily need since I have a Physical disability and two kids that are attending Crèche. My car has to be fixed right away. I Pay deposit at panel beater and the balance on collection(all the information stipulated here was given to Arangies Attorneys) . The whole week I didnât go to work while the panel beater was fixing my car. I phoned SA underwriters to claim my money back and I was referred to Arangies Attorneys since I was a third party claimant . The first lady who assisted me with the forms was very helpful and understanding.The problem started when I was given a claim number (CLM19060621014) and the consultant that will be dealing with my case. In most cases she is never available on call she responds on emails only at her own time with the same answer every time you follow up (bear in mind that from June I have been getting this response) âPlease be advised that the insuredâs own damage has not been finalizedâ. I even called SA Underwriters asking then how long does it take for them to fix their insured Vehicle they also refused to give me the information but they mentioned that they were just waiting for the invoice from the panel beater but they have forwarded a report to Arangies Attorneys and they have all the information. I call Arangies Attorneys consultant, she said she doesnât have a report from SA underwriter and her response still remains âPlease be advised that the insuredâs own damage has not been finalizedâ from June till to-date. I do not want to name and shame, but if there is a need I will I really need my money . Please advise and assist..

I am complacently in shock with their services. my husband was in a accident and it was their client. our vehicle was written off do to their client stupidity they have offed to pay us out a small amount of R3214. we were driving a land rover they say due to that we did not swing out we are liable for the payment... but their client was speeding down a one way we had no where to go as their were vehicles both sides of us i guess they expected us to bump the vehicles next to us that way it would have been us in the wrong..their client on the scene told us he will take full responsible for this as he cant remember why he could not get his breaks do not understand why he way on the wrong side of the road i guess his age could also be the problem (80) PLEASE HELP WHAT SHOULD WE DO
