I contacted Hassle Free last year August regarding a UIF claim iro my husband who passed away in July from Covid, and paid them R690 for this service. Initially - up to Feb - they were coming back to me and said they were following up. Since then they have not responded to me repeated emails, Facebook messages and WhatsApp messages nor are their phones being answered. I now have no way of knowing if they have submitted the claim, who they have been dealing with or how to follow up! It would appear that they have taken my money and “run”!
