Hatfield vw

On the 29th of June I purchased a vw tiquan and the consultant that was assisting me was not there on that Saturday which I understood the other consultant that took over help us and explained that the car should come with a parcel shelf. The first consultant said he will get it for me, on the 29th of July (a month later) I had to ask him about it as there was no feedback provided and no communication what so ever he then told me he's still looking for it,its 2 weeks now again no feedback even asked him must I make peace and forget about it Now it hits me cause even when I asked him about a busket or vw promotional items he said its not like am buying a new car has he didn't give
