Poor service

Went to Hava Java this morning, hadn't been there in a long while so thought I would give it a try again. The service was very poor, we waited ages for a basic breakfast and toasted bacon and egg. I asked for egg over easy on the sandwich not raw. Got it and was slimy. Asked for toasted sourdough, that was definitely not sourdough, it looked more like melba toast with no taste to it. I know sourdough as I am a diabetic and that is the only bread I can eat without raising my sugar. Needless to say, I did not leave a tip and I will not be visiting your establishment again. Staff standing around 3 at a time talking and laughing. Thanks but no thanks.
