As at 10 October 2024, My experience is that I bought a brand new car 25 July 2023. Since then, I have driven the car for less than 4 months without problems. 9 Months out of the approximate 13 months of ownership of the brand new Haval Jolion, the Haval has been dysfunctional, defective and unreliable, not delivering on the purpose intended and expected of a brand new car. I do not have a day go buy without the warning light GEAR BOX OVERHEATING, STALLING AT DRIVE OFF, JERKING DURING SLOW DRIVE and GENERAL ANXIETY BECAUSE I DON’T KNOW WHAT PROBLEM IS NEXT.
Yet I continue to pay the WESBANK monthly instalment of R9,2000 plus insurance for a brand new car that I am not able to drive without daily issues. WESBANK is well aware of this issue but has not provided any resolution support whatsoever. The same goes for GWM Fourways.
