My Haval H2 1.5 2021 model started stalling and had no accelerating power more especially uphill in on the 15th of April 2025. It took to Haval West Rand and they said they can only look at a month la later.After to and fro I managed to get an appointment of 20May at Haval Little falls.I dropped the car off for diagnosis. After 2 weeks no one was calling me of giving feedback. I then physically went to the dealership. I was told they are waiting for feedback from Haval Warranty to fix turbo. Today it is 12 June....they are not returning my calls....I have letter numerous messages and not getting anyone to help. I was told the car is not safe to drive how low must I stay without a car and the extra cost of going to work by alternative transport in the middle of wintert and still have to pay for car installment at the end of the month...

Wow. What is it about car dealerships that makes your hair crawl. What atrocious service. You are making full profit on the car with no discount because of stock. Then additional R40000 in extras I specifically asked not to be added. R4000 for documentation fee, what does a few pieces of paper cost. Then when I tell the salesman to remove all the extras he doesn't answer me because I refuse to be ripped off. I tell him to give the car to someone else, he says THANKS. NO APOLOGIES. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
