The waiting period for people wanting to reduce their credit card limit is too much. Google says we can lower our own credit limit using the app or calling standard bank. I have looked for that functionality on the app and I am not finding it. I want to avoid what happened last time where I default on my maxed out credit card by reducing it so that I am able to pay. Please help.
I am tired of the run around from the debit card payment cancellation department. I paid online yesterday and I did not receive my service. Do not give that merchant my money. Infact on the app the transaction say awaiting authorisation. Please make funds available to my account
I have said this before and I say it again. The accounts department of Netstar needs to be checked. I told them I would pay them their money on the 29th of August. What do they do? They go into my account on the 28th of August🤦🤦🤦 I have never seen such in my whole entire life. Who randomly gets paid on the 28th? When the 28th is not on a Friday and the month ends on a Sunday? Now I have a charge on my Standard Bank of R150. I asked them to give a breakdown of how they arrrived to their charge. They don’t respond to my email.
Hello Peter, How can we make the city accountable? My house was sold and registered on the 9th of April 2025. First they have not paid my refund. Secondly they have not calculated my refund accurately. Thirdly the amount they are suppose to pay me is 19 days over due. They billed me in May and the account was already not on my name then. Please assist. I have emailed their complaints. And there is no response!
Pathetic service from an Absa consultant about 10 minutes ago when I was requesting to do a manual payment for my car. He even switched off phone call before I finished talking. Unacceptable and totally ridiculous.
There has never been a time where I app**** for over draft. Standard Bank why is my account on negative R1000. When payment are due you should pay merchants in realtime. This is upsetting and you are also taking an honouring fee of R100.

Dear Standard Bank, I find it a bit absurd that I app**** for a credit card yesterday but I cannot use my funds because the card is not here. I can see the card and card details on the app which means that serves as a virtual card. If I were to lose my physical card I would still be able to use my credit card money. The reasoning is rather puzzling. Please kindly speed up my card delivery. I can collect it as well.
