I bought a brand new vehicle over 2.5 months ago, and it is STILL not registered and I have no number plates. I am now being asked to accept a 4th temporary permit, which is completely unacceptable. I have made multiple requests for the manager to contact me, but I have received no response at all—only empty promises every time I follow up. This level of after-sales service is shocking.
