Beautiful vehicles but the after service at Haval Pietermaritzburg is appalling to say the least. We contacted Haval SA & escalated our issues with Natalie who is the Customer Services Manager. Natalie in turn contacted Farouk who is apparently the Dealer Principal at Haval Pmb. Farouk called last Wednesday to say he let go of his chief mechanic & a new guy would be starting today (Monday) and we should bring in our H2 to he sorted out from bumper to bumper. He did say a courtesy vehicle will be loaned to us. My husband went through to Haval Pmb this morning only to be told that no arrangements were made. My husband was told that someone from Haval Pmb will come to him & drop off the courtesy vehicle and fetch our H2 at 12 noon. It is almost 2 hours later and nobody has pitched up. The faults in the vehicle has been ongoing for 2 years now. We have been given the run around. The public should be made aware of this unprofessional behaviour. My next step will be to engage with my attorney.
