INCOMPETENT TECHNICIANS

My car went in before 16:00 on Wednesday and today its Friday we haven't had a word from Haval. My husband called them yesterday (Thursday) afternoon, shocking only then did they ask him what was wrong with the car yet it was reported when the car went in. this means they hadnt done a thing to the car it was just sitting there.

today we have been calling for a number of times only to be told the technician is out the other one went to "pray". no one is helping at all. these people are so incompetent.

car has been in and out of that place for a sound they can not fix. SO SO FLIPPING INCOMPETENT. DON'T KNOW WHY THEY EMPLOY PEOPLE WITH NO S****. ITS REALLY FRUSTRATING.
