Joined the Pietermaritzburg victoria gym in May, I'm on vitality I go to gym 5days a week but i do not get any Rewards as promised. The club i go to has such low standard's, aircon is always faulty, as of last September the speakers for the studio are not working the temporarily used mobile speakers always have connection issues. the weight equipment is old and some not working. its just a nightmare to go to Virgin active Victoria (Pietermaritzburg)
My husband had an issue with his car and took it to Watson Motors Pietermaritzburg who accessed it and claimed from the insurance and reported the car as fixed. a day after my husband had to take the car back. long story short He had to return the car 5 times for them to finally get it right. imagine the inconvenience of being without a car all those five time he had to return it
Nedbank Hayfields has a lady by the name Tracy who's usually by the door. Ooh my lord that lady will brighten your worst day and turn it into the best human service interaction ever. Greats & Treats every one with the same Inviting and re-assuring smile. ensures you leave the bank with satisfaction and always does a follow up if she told you she was going to get you help. What a wonderful, beautiful soul.
We got to Galitos at 19:09 and the store is supposed to close by 20:00 however the employees told us they closed already and that the last hour is for them to clean the store. Was so disappointed, why would they write close at 8pm but stop selling at 7?
Sandy Pillay lost my ID and had the audacity to first deny it. So disappointing for Nedbank to have such employees. Went to Nedbank Hayfield last Friday and got assisted by Sandy Pillay who took my ID and came back with a piece of paper containing a number I needed to call. Left the branch and called the number, the consultant requested for my ID number and that’s when I remembered I had given her my ID card to her at the branch and did not get it back.
I have been without internet for 3days now yet I'm paying more than R600 for the data and know one is able to help me. Afrihost is super problematic. Every time I top-up there's always an issue with reconnecting. I can't wait to finish the compulsory 6months and cancel this contract with them. I am beyond frustrated.
My car went in before 16:00 on Wednesday and today its Friday we haven't had a word from Haval. My husband called them yesterday (Thursday) afternoon, shocking only then did they ask him what was wrong with the car yet it was reported when the car went in. this means they hadnt done a thing to the car it was just sitting there. today we have been calling for a number of times only to be told the technician is out the other one went to "pray". no one is helping at all. these people are so incompetent. car has been in and out of that place for a sound they can not fix. SO SO FLIPPING INCOMPETENT. DON'T KNOW WHY THEY EMPLOY PEOPLE WITH NO S****. ITS REALLY FRUSTRATING.
