Haval West Rand gave the worst service after I took delivery of a vehicle in less than 24 hours that had a sunroof fault and it was alleged by the dealership that I tempered with the sunroof

Just want to say a big thank you to the staff at GWM West Rand. I bought a new H6 from them in December, the correspondence was fantastic, their sales staff and finance staff were patient beyond measure, always kind, always friendly, despite me giving them quite a difficult time during the process. Really great service, fantastic price on the vehicle and it is a good car.

We bought two cars from Haval West Rand also called GDP group which one was a Tigaun all space and a BMW f30 318i. The BMW we only had 3days and the engine had to be redone they took two months to replace the vehicle as we refused to take the vehicle back and gave us a VW T-Cross which is also problematic the shocks needs replacement. Then in November 2023 I received a report that the VW Tigaun was a written off before we bought it it was never told to me and my wife that the vehicle was written off before otherwise we wouldn't have bought the vehicle. I requested that we want to return the vehicle they agreed to help and afterwords said that we have to take a nock of R120000 from the salesman named Warren. I told him we can not be accountable for there negligence and would rather want our traded vehicle back and we can go buy a vehicle somewhere else. I asked him to put what he said on email so that I can take legal action, his response was I spoke to the DP and the owner of GDP Group Deon and they said to assist me and came back with a deal of which they want to choose a vehicle for me and the installment is R5000 more where as I told Warren that's not possible because I'm not willing to pay R5000 more on an installment for a Pseries bakkie they offering to us. We want a fair deal as this is the 4th vehicle purchased from them I am contacting our legal advisers on Monday to send them a letter to replace this written off VW Tigaun

I'm not usually complaining but goodness me I have to do this now. Customer service is non existent. There is no communication no one knows what is going on. You as a customer need to phone and follow up. Feels like the people there is doing you a big favor to help you. I will Never Ever Purchase a vehicle here again. Supported then twice not bumping my head a 3rd time. My expectations were not met at all. I hope that the future clients will get better service and communication. Cause I'm extremely unhappy.

<div>I went to Haval West Rand today to buy and fit 2 rear brake lights and when I entered towards the workshop, it was full of cars and I was told to go an park outside. It was 12 o'clock and I parked the car outside and they said Bronwyn at reception said i should wait for her to do a job card for the fitting of the globes. Jan asked where i the car and he aid it was outside and he said the mechanics cannot go to my car outside I should bring the car inside the workshop. I told him that I was told that there was no parking as the dealership had a lot of cars. i asked my son to go get the car and bring it to the workshop while I was giving Bronwyn my particulars for the job card to be completed. Later at approximately 12h05 Bronwyn said my son has scratched the dealership's car. I went outside to inspect and I found a scratch but it was not too big and I admit that that was not goo even if it was an accident because the way the cars were parked an accident was likely to happen. I called my insurance and they offered to repair the car, but Jan had already confisticated my keys , he took them form my son and he said we were going to run away and he parked the car in the workshop and he put the keys in the drawer. having acknowledged that the incident was not intentional , and after calling my insurance they issued a claim number but Jan said I should pay R800, and he later said his boss said I can pay R550 and I said I only had R450 and he said I should pay the R450, the reason I am writing this review is that I was never given an invoice of the R450 and I asked Bronwyn about it and she said she will ask Jan and I went to the new car section where I said she will find me for her to give me the invoice. The receipt I have is only the one I received after swiping my card. The attitude we received from Jan was unfriendly and I am a customer who bought the car from the same dealership an my service is done there too. I wish we could be given the same treatment . my son is now traumatized by the way Jan took the keys from him and put it in the drawer and telling my son that he does not trust us we can go without paying and He said I must pay cash and avoid paying the access and I told him that my insurance said a third party claim does not have an access, I paid so that I can go as my son was very stressed by the incidence and the way he was treated by Jan and I was made to understand that Jan was the foreman. I do not think I will ever take my car to Haval West Rand</div>
