Waist of time !!!

On Friday 19 July around 11:00 I called this dealership regarding a vehicle they advertised, I asked the lady whether I could come through either that Friday or Saturday morning to view the vehicle, she said the vehicle is still available and can be viewed any time. This dealership is an hours drive away from where we stay. On that Friday around 13:30 we arrived at the dealership to view the vehicle, just to be told, by the same lady, that the vehicle is not there and one of their sales people has taken the vehicle home for the weekend. They should have called the sales person that took the vehicle, and have him come back so that a customer can view the vehicle, but that was not even offered. It was just tuff luck, not their problem that we waisted more than two hours of our time. Terrible service if you ask me, I wouldn't dream of doing something like that in my business.
