Hello, I fully paid for TV license for 2023 in May now I keep on receiving harassment messages from the company by the name HC
Hello, I fully paid for TV license for 2023 in May now I keep on receiving harassment messages from the company by the name HC. They continually ignored my emails with the proof of payment attached. The emails were sent to Moleboheng and Zanele who works for HC. But still I continue to receive SMS from HC saying that I must pay the TV licence.

HVC incompetence.
<div>These amateurs are insuring big fleets of trucks but they have no clue what they’re doing. One of the trucks they insure of MFC drove into my car rendering it a danger to drive. Despite numerous phone calls to +++++ and speaking to her manager by the name of ++++ I’m STILL waiting to get my car, which is now a dangerous situation as some of the suspension parts were also damaged. Why are they even in the industry if they have no clue what they’re doing and CLEARLY don’t care whether you die because of driving a dangerous vehicle. I have told them on numerous occasions my dilemma and disability and therefore I’m unemployed and the ONLY vehicle we have was damaged beyond safety but they clearly don’t care.</div>

3rd Party claim with HCV underwriting managers
I was hit by a truck insured with HCV whilst stationary at a robot. Complaint is about the poor work ethic of its staff, in particular the legal manager who never seems to be there to take your calls. Incident happened in September and I am busy with a tug of war as they are trying to write my vehicle off and I am refusing. The most frustrating thing is the feedback and communication. Next step is the Ombudsman

HCV NAD BUSINESS BROKERS
These people should be investigated by the ombudsmans office. They don't give a dam. Nolwazi, Treasure ****ty service. They don't want you to go to their offices because they hide away. They also don't want to be spoken to so they request emails. They agnore e mails. A word of advice sue the company that drove into your vehicle. Don't deal with HCV deal directly with the transporter at fault. Issue the company with a summons and drag them to court and claim for legal expenses and the damages. They behave like this because they get away with ****** more than once and nobody takes proper legal action. This company is worse than pathetic.

I did have a breakdown on N3 at Estcourt Shell ultra
I did have a breakdown on N3 at Estcourt Shell ultra. I phoned and explained my truck situation. There help was to move me from shell ultra to Estcourt which I disagreed to as I live in Durban but needed to go to PMB as my mechanic is in PMB. They blankly refused as they stated to me that they will take me to the place of safety but I was at a safe place and wanted to be towed to PMB. Upto now they refused to tow me. Their service to is outrageously poor. I don't recommend anyone using them as they cannot satisfy their customers needs.

This company is completely useless. My car got hit by a truck. I have tried to e mail them on several occasions they do not respond. I asked if I can come to their offices to find out what is happening with the claim. They said they only deal with e mails. I was given e mail addresses that don't exist. They said they would get someone to call me back. Nobody called me back. This company should be investigated there is a lot of complaints about this company. They are brokers that give people the run around and hide in thier offices refusing to repair peoples vehicles.
