Worst service ever. I waited a full week for my order to come from Durban two weeks in a row. The 1st time everything was there. The 2nd time they messed it up.
I run a embroidery business and i work on deadlines and they *****ed my whole entire week.
On top of that now my client expects a discount for the inconvenience.
So now im working out of my business funds. And my profits are in a minus.
However i ordered 30 more to break even and they cant even give me a better price. Or compensate for the loss and inconvenience.
They are the most unprofessional company i have ever dealt with.
I paid in full upfront 2 weeks in a row when i ordered
I expect when i go to collect, my things are supposed to be checked first before i am notified.
The sales lady does not answer her phone and she takes half a day to reply to emails.
Management didnt even contact me after i requested to speak to a superior. I was just ignored. This is how colored business men are treated. They womt dare treat a white person that way.
I will not do businesses with them again. Captivity might be a bit more expensive but atleast i wont have to wait a week for them to have my goods. And the service is much better. They treat all their clients equally and with respect.
