Worst service ever. I waited a full week for my order to come from Durban two weeks in a row. The 1st time everything was there. The 2nd time they messed it up. I run a embroidery business and i work on deadlines and they *****ed my whole entire week. On top of that now my client expects a discount for the inconvenience. So now im working out of my business funds. And my profits are in a minus. However i ordered 30 more to break even and they cant even give me a better price. Or compensate for the loss and inconvenience. They are the most unprofessional company i have ever dealt with. I paid in full upfront 2 weeks in a row when i ordered I expect when i go to collect, my things are supposed to be checked first before i am notified. The sales lady does not answer her phone and she takes half a day to reply to emails. Management didnt even contact me after i requested to speak to a superior. I was just ignored. This is how colored business men are treated. They womt dare treat a white person that way. I will not do businesses with them again. Captivity might be a bit more expensive but atleast i wont have to wait a week for them to have my goods. And the service is much better. They treat all their clients equally and with respect.

1 star rating its a lot, I purchased caps 3 weeks ago I still don't have stock for my client. It takes over 1 day for a designer to make changes to clients artwork, then it takes over a day for a sample to be done, then over a day for F.... to send me a picture to approve. Then he says when u request changes they move back your job card and do other people's stuff. I paid this company 100% and now I have no caps to give my client, whom in turn doesn't trust me anymore. But in short the company has 0 direction and my business reputation is on the line because of Headwear24. I even asked for their lead time before doing the job with them over 3 weeks no clients caps!!!!

Headwear24 will take no responsibility for mistakes made in their production line. To top it off their service is abysmal, taking days to reply if at all. Promising outcomes and never delivering. No idea on lead times, no coherent communication line of whom to speak to about your order. Shocking from beginning to end.

Terrible service. Its so disappointing to know that during this difficult time there is still people taking advantage and stealing other peoples money. We har ordered face masks for our school, made payment more than a month ago and still waiting for delivery. We were told its manufactured locally. Now we find out its made in durban. Then last week we were told it has been couriered and we find out it was a lie too.

If anyone has intention to buy any products from this company, please for your own good and your reputation stay far away from headwear24. The most inefficient, unreliable and dishonest company and staff you will ever come across. For some reason the staff will try everything in their power to sabotage the orders which eventually due to frustration have to cancel the orders, leaving companies and individuals like us embarrassed to face the people who we promise goods and products to. The lady by the name of Jade munsamy never sticks to her word or ever takes any calls, or replies to any emails, and it’s one lie upon the next and deadlines keep shifting day by day, management is non existent as you can never ever get hold of someone Please refrain from buying from this company.
