These guys dont value customers. I paid for good to be embroidered, they damaged some of them, rejected them and now want me to pay again for what I already paid for. Not just for my stock and embroidery, but for set up as well. Now my client has waited 3 weeks and still no stock becAuse the order is incomplete. They are giving me the run around for a week now, and no one has called me to apologize or explain. They took full payment very fast but deliver very slow. Very disappointed.
