Please for your own good if anyone reads this stay far away from NTT Krugersdorp You will be left with headaches and expenses for damages that occur on their premises, and like ***ards they run away from the situation On the 17th of January 2025 I had taken my car for a routine annual service, a Tiguan R 2024 On that afternoon the service manager by the name of Phillip had called me to say there was an accident, and another vehicle had reversed into it, causing damage to the driver and right side passenger door. On arrival they had made sure to hide the driver of the vehicle who had reversed into me, as they didn’t want to cause a scene. At first they had made plenty of promises that they will help sort out the issue and so on. However upon learning the other party has no insurance that’s when their true colors came out. They had told me and the other party that they are not responsible for any damages that had occurred. The dealer principle by the name of Werner had no sympathy for the situation, and to put it simply was damn rude. He had the nerve to say that the courtesy vehicle which they lent me but only for a week, that I should take care of it as it’s sold already. Yet they couldn’t think to do the same for my vehicle. So please rather use another VW dealership whether it be for service or purchasing of vehicles, but stay far far away from NTT Krugersdorp The biggest ****s and most ************* people you will ever come across
Hi I ordered a few items on Takealot and in the parcel one time was not delivered at all and the other item was defective. I logged a return and the defective item was replaced. However the missing item was never sent again with takealot, and I am not getting replies from the takealot customer care. It is an item valued at R500 and I would like if they can either send me the item or issue me a refund Order number was MRRN-MVD6W-94OV
Hi I am experiencing terrible and unacceptable service from Telkom For the past 2 weeks they have been disconnecting my Fibre and the reason is account is in arrears. Funny thing is I have a credit balance with them so hence they owe me money, but for some reason they still cut me off. After countless of calls and promises to have it resolved, I am still without any internet connection. The latest reason from the 10th consultant I have spoken to is my line has been cancelled, but they don’t know who cancelled it as it definitely was not myself. Basically all they can say is can’t help you right now, will have to call again. Basically it’s seems when you over them pay and in credit with Telkom, then for some reason they disconnect you. I’m sure they need to look at that business model, that disconnecting clients that actually pay their account in advance is surely not the way to do business if they want to keep or attract more clients. Numerous promises of calling back, or sending an email is non existent, and just false promises in order to get rid of speaking to the client on the phone
Good day My FNB credit card is showing an available balance of R0 Have called through to the FNB credit card department who advised some documents are outstanding. They have transferred me to various departments without any joy and the call just gets dropped after a certain point When I called again the 2nd time the consultant mentioned that they see no block on the account hence I cannot understand as to why the available amount is on zero. Yet again after trying to transfer me the calls get dropped. On the 3rd occasion the consultant said they have mailed the relevant departments to uplift the hold, and also tried transferring me without any luck Please will someone get in touch with me Thanks
Good day I am in need of major assistance My FNB credit and cheque cards were blocked for international purchases and I was not even notified before this approach was taken I have called in to FNB who sent through some documents to fill out and email back which I have done, only to be be told it is not their department who has put a block but rather the forex department. I cannot get through to them even though they say trading hours is until 13:00pm and when I phoned through around 12PM, an automated message said they have closed early and cuts the call Please can I get some assistance in order to resolve this, as my Netflix payment keeps bouncing as they cannot get funds due to the block
If anyone has intention to buy any products from this company, please for your own good and your reputation stay far away from headwear24. The most inefficient, unreliable and dishonest company and staff you will ever come across. For some reason the staff will try everything in their power to sabotage the orders which eventually due to frustration have to cancel the orders, leaving companies and individuals like us embarrassed to face the people who we promise goods and products to. The lady by the name of Jade munsamy never sticks to her word or ever takes any calls, or replies to any emails, and it’s one lie upon the next and deadlines keep shifting day by day, management is non existent as you can never ever get hold of someone Please refrain from buying from this company.
I had some fraudulent activity with regards to a payment from My FNB account to another FNB account I lodged a complaint on the 20th of March 2020 to the FNB fraud line The consultant who assisted was not the friendliest as after giving me a reference number he simply just cut off the call without advising me of further steps and so on I had called back to ask what was the process now. I was given a direct line to the inspector in charge of the case as well as her email address It has been a week later and the calls go unanswered and when leaving a voice message, I do not receiving a call back or anything, I have mailed the inspector/ consultant multiple times without any response whatsoever I’m sure in a case of fraud it should be classified as important and some feedback would be welcome
Please do not purchase from dhgate or the supplier that goes by the name nicebridal. All they do is take your money and when something goes wrong, dhgate and the supplier protect each other, make you send the items back, and not only steal your money but your items as well. Please do not attempt to buy anything from dhgate, you will lose your money
