I’m very dissapointed in the service you guys provide . I bought a brand new car in on the 28th August 2025, 29 August i found 4 faults with the car till today theres nothing you are doing about it how can a brand new car have 4 faults in 1 day tried changing it they said if sign delivery inside dealership i cant get another one well its been 2 months waiting dor you guys to fix a mere window issue , rattling of a new car , Gaps on the panels im very disappointed

I once bought a car there ,Guys I wanna tell you that i regret the mistake made by stepping on that door of that dealership, There is a guy there called Charles he is devil that guy only interested in sales not making customers happy so ppl must just think twice before buying der.

Please for your own good if anyone reads this stay far away from NTT Krugersdorp You will be left with headaches and expenses for damages that occur on their premises, and like ***ards they run away from the situation On the 17th of January 2025 I had taken my car for a routine annual service, a Tiguan R 2024 On that afternoon the service manager by the name of Phillip had called me to say there was an accident, and another vehicle had reversed into it, causing damage to the driver and right side passenger door. On arrival they had made sure to hide the driver of the vehicle who had reversed into me, as they didn’t want to cause a scene. At first they had made plenty of promises that they will help sort out the issue and so on. However upon learning the other party has no insurance that’s when their true colors came out. They had told me and the other party that they are not responsible for any damages that had occurred. The dealer principle by the name of Werner had no sympathy for the situation, and to put it simply was damn rude. He had the nerve to say that the courtesy vehicle which they lent me but only for a week, that I should take care of it as it’s sold already. Yet they couldn’t think to do the same for my vehicle. So please rather use another VW dealership whether it be for service or purchasing of vehicles, but stay far far away from NTT Krugersdorp The biggest ****s and most ************* people you will ever come across

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the poor service I have consistently received at NTT Volkswagen Krugersdorp, which I believe warrants investigation. Last year, after a routine service, I was forced to have my vehicle collected on a flatbed by Volkswagen after NTT Krugersdorp failed to plug the fuse box back in correctly. As a result, my car went into safe mode. Fast forward a year, and during my most recent service, they once again failed to properly plug in the air conditioning unit, leaving me with a non-functional aircon. Each time I take my vehicle in for servicing, there is always something that has been left unplugged or improperly connected, which could lead to more serious damage in the future. This recurring issue is concerning, as it raises questions about the standard of workmanship at this dealership. When I raised my concerns with Philip, the service manager, his response was dismissive, suggesting that if I was unhappy with their service, I should take my business elsewhere. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional, especially when this is the only dealership near my home in Krugersdorp that offers Volkswagen services. I trust you will take this matter seriously and investigate this dealership’s practices, as I believe many other customers may have encountered similar issues. As I dropped my VW Jetta 6 for service on 18 December 2024 only got it on FRIDAY 20 December 2024, the never make any means to contact me to give up dates o the process, 20th i got the car, but before we get home the car showed water light on the dashboard and i lost lot of water even on 25th of December i immediately call but no answer.. I call them on the 27th to ask them what they real did on my car since we had the car we never experienced water dripping, the told me to bring it for check up on the 31 December 2024 which i did toom the car the y checked and denied to admit. same day we got the car from service the other client brought her car for service and she got it with Engine light on which she never brought with light, all service department frond desk by the name of Karin Monique and Philip the service manager all unprofessional, rude and *********** don't take any one serious when ever you not certified with the service.

After my water pump had been replaced not even 500km later pipes burst because it was rubbing against oil coolent pump but was not before the repairs. They did not take responsibility so i had to cover it myself. Witch after that also i got my vehicle back where the headlights was not even hand tightened. Completely loose just resting on the bumber

On the 02 August, I brought my vehicle for service. Was on 75000 kilos. I was then told by admin that I need to pay for that service as the maintenance plan ended at 60 000. I then enquired on why wasn't I told that after that service, so that I could plan ahead. I also spoke to the manager who indicated that he will give me a discount. I immediately told them that I couldn't afford the service of R2700 and will take the car. I called the employee that assisted me to buy the vehicle, Grand Apes. I asked him why didn't he tell me that I needed to pay for the service after booking it. I confirmed that I was unable to pay for it now and so I'm taking it, he then told me to live the vehicle he will make a plan. He will call me later. In the afternoon when I got there I went to reception and was still told to pay R2700. I went to Grand and needed explanation as to why did HD say I must live the car and I'm still charged for it. He told me to give me few minutes he will sort me out. I left the business at 18:00 without my vehicle and Grand was not in the building, he left me there without explanation We called him so many times from the time I noticed that he is in the building, until today 03 Aug. I am here again at NTT and there's no manager whatsoever that can assist me. What a service
