I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the poor service I have consistently received at NTT Volkswagen Krugersdorp, which I believe warrants investigation. Last year, after a routine service, I was forced to have my vehicle collected on a flatbed by Volkswagen after NTT Krugersdorp failed to plug the fuse box back in correctly. As a result, my car went into safe mode. Fast forward a year, and during my most recent service, they once again failed to properly plug in the air conditioning unit, leaving me with a non-functional aircon. Each time I take my vehicle in for servicing, there is always something that has been left unplugged or improperly connected, which could lead to more serious damage in the future. This recurring issue is concerning, as it raises questions about the standard of workmanship at this dealership. When I raised my concerns with Philip, the service manager, his response was dismissive, suggesting that if I was unhappy with their service, I should take my business elsewhere. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional, especially when this is the only dealership near my home in Krugersdorp that offers Volkswagen services. I trust you will take this matter seriously and investigate this dealership’s practices, as I believe many other customers may have encountered similar issues.
