As I dropped my VW Jetta 6 for service on 18 December 2024 only got it on FRIDAY 20 December 2024, the never make any means to contact me to give up dates o the process, 20th i got the car, but before we get home the car showed water light on the dashboard and i lost lot of water even on 25th of December i immediately call but no answer.. I call them on the 27th to ask them what they real did on my car since we had the car we never experienced water dripping, the told me to bring it for check up on the 31 December 2024 which i did toom the car the y checked and denied to admit. same day we got the car from service the other client brought her car for service and she got it with Engine light on which she never brought with light, all service department frond desk by the name of Karin Monique and Philip the service manager all unprofessional, rude and *********** don't take any one serious when ever you not certified with the service.
since the car was with them for repair since September 20204 till today , they never been frank to update us with the progress. They not honest to about receiving the parts, they keep on lying that they received the part 0n the 19 of November and i will get the caron 28 November 2024 only to find out on 27 that the parts is on back order. its unprofessional to lying to the client. They even fail to give us a call on updated as they always promise too get back to us when we call them.
