I took my car for repair and upon receiving my car the windscreen was cracked and they didn't notify me, the door is not properly fixed, I called them and to date I am still waiting for booking so that they can replace the windscreen and fix the door.

BAD/POOR SEVIRCE I regret allowing my car to be repaired by this company. When collecting it was very dirty with stains water marks and had scratched when i informed them, they said it was like that when it was brought in. Called (Pinky)them several times even today no contact at all. I even send massages to management (Wayne Willers)

since the car was with them for repair since September 20204 till today , they never been frank to update us with the progress. They not honest to about receiving the parts, they keep on lying that they received the part 0n the 19 of November and i will get the caron 28 November 2024 only to find out on 27 that the parts is on back order. its unprofessional to lying to the client. They even fail to give us a call on updated as they always promise too get back to us when we call them.

I had a call from Berenice Hart, what a gem, she explained the repair process to me, and set me at ease that my car was in good hand. One less thing for me to worry about, well done
