BAD/POOR SEVIRCE I regret allowing my car to be repaired by this company. When collecting it was very dirty with stains water marks and had scratched when i informed them, they said it was like that when it was brought in. Called (Pinky)them several times even today no contact at all. I even send massages to management (Wayne Willers)
I would like to write a review about Auto & General. I was assisted by Lebogang Masoga who was very friendly and very helpful. With her knowledge of the product/insurance I was looking for, she is very capable person and an important asset to Auto and General group. Thibane
Absolutely shocking service and disgusting customer service i have logged a call for my business Telephone/Fax line with them for 2 weeks after being disconnected. Spoken to countless people received reference numbers. and I've been disconnected, and it has been paid, now have numerous reference numbers (8736919) just to mention one and promises that they will resolve/sort out now. This absolutely disgusting no one has assisted even calling every day. My business is suffering because of them unable to fix a simple re-connecting my fax/land line back, they think this is a joke to see our businesses fail because of their *********** staff. Absolutely a shocking service provider. SIES!!!!!
Old Mutual PTA North Branch got a very very poor and bad services from that branch even their Cape Town HQ didn’t even to bother to assist me with my retirement withdrawal. Logged a claim for retirement withdraw on 26th April and even today 10th May 2023no one can assist me. This is a very POOR & BAD service. They promised money will be available within 14 working days every time i make inquiries no is at pricing even i send your queries to escalation nothing happened . Soon will be canceling all my policies. Regards Thabo

My wife Portia Mokgabudi was admitted at the NET CARE Pretoria East Hospital on (25/Nov/2014) and attended by Dr.Joubert Schneider and Van Heer ( REF:49764). and she was discharged the same day.<br> <br> I have received several letters from the doctor demanding payment for the service rendered and since my medical aid had funds available I was surprised by this. I made some inquiries to GEMS via emails regarding this matter, during the period of March I have received letter of demands from the doctors attorneys (VFV ATTORNEYS) (012 460 8704) demanding payments .<br> I spoke to the lady by the name KIDIBONE MAHLANGU from the VFV ATTORNEYS ,she said GEMS did not settle the payments for the doctor hence they want payments from me. I finally paid the doctor including the VFV ATTORNEYS the total amount of R 1258.25 on (2015/03/13).<br> <br> I have exhausted all the avenues regarding the above matter for the refund ,send the proof of payments to GEMS (Thandi Manzini, Jacelyn Kok) made follow-up, recieved confirmation that they have received my complain and they are attending to these matter but to no avail ,till today (10/11/2015)<br> <br> Regards<br> Thabo<br> <br>
