Very bad service

I bought vouchers and didn’t receive them, I have been calling and emailing them for my vouchers since July but I’m being ignored, I am presently sitting and waiting for the owner Taryn, her office door closed not accessible, have been explaining myself on email, whatsup, telephonically now I’m her in person but still ignored.
