My experience at hydroSpa yesterday was absolutely delightful! Doren and Koketso provided an exceptional level of care and expertise during my treatment. Their professionalism and attention to detail were evident from start to finish, creating a calming and rejuvenating atmosphere. The facilities were pristine and the overall experience left me feeling pampered and relaxed. The highlight was the staff surprising us by singing for my girlfriend, making our day truly memorable. <div>On the 2 February I have bought the Spa treatment ( aromatherapy full body massage with hot stones ) 1 hr 30 for 2 people. The same was paid via my bank and sent them POP as usual by taking screen shots from the bank app.usually, my payment appears on their account after a day or so.then they will send email with voucher numbers . I have been enquiry about the same for almost 2weeks now and I have been given the run around requesting proof of payment from the bank .I have sent same from my account showing them that money has been paid into their account on certain date.however they still refuse to assist .what's annoying is since I have been using Health hydro spa for more than 7 years I have used same payment method I really don't know what's the fuss about .</div>

I was there on the 17June and they are the best compared to other spas I've been in before. They even have 3 co**** meal added to their packages. The environment is welcoming and relaxing and the staff is super friendly.

I just warn consumers that be careful when you purchase these machine which are supposed to purify your water. I almost purchased one only to discover that it will never belong to me even after paying off the sale price which is over R13 000. Read the fine print guys..read the back of the contract before you sign anything. If possible make a voice recording of your conversation with sales person because they tell only what will get them a sale not the truth. Medizone is one company almost got me trapped.

Hello I would like to say thank you to Lebo and Zuzile for the excellent service , all the stuff members are friendly from the minute you walk-in they acknowledge you to the Reception , they all greet with a warm friendly smile and willing to assist.. the process to make the booking is quick and efficient. Thank you so much for the excellent service , good customer service, and the Hygiene is on point. Well done.

On the 14th of February 2021, went there for a Spa massage and when we left we noticed that one of my girls car was missing. We tried notifying the staff members there to try and assist but all they could tell us was that they can only review the CCTV footage the next day which did not make any sense at all. All we needed was their assistance since we came to their premises but no help was given to us all. What is the use of us going there to enjoy ourselves whilst our cars are not safe. I would really recommend them to get guards to look after our cars since its their business premises. I must really say that the response we got was so unacceptable.

How does one justify R330.00 for a 2-minute task of scattering a small amount of rose petals ( which should not cost more than approx R100) which is 66% of the Full Couples massage for an hour( 2 people) at a cost of R500.00? This does not make sense, doesn't this seem like Daylight robbery?
