How does one justify R330.00 for a 2-minute task of scattering a small amount of rose petals ( which should not cost more than approx R100) which is 66% of the Full Couples massage for an hour( 2 people) at a cost of R500.00? This does not make sense, doesn't this seem like Daylight robbery?
Mochachos doesn't care to spread corona.... The youngster Manager Billy at Atlas branch in Boksburg, wasn't bothered as he was listening to music in the corner and not wearing his mask that was around his throat. When I mentioned to him that not any staff member in the kitchen, and I could see 6 /7 and the 2 cashiers next to him wants wearing a mask he was not phased at all, he answers " So?" And I asked him doesn't he care to spread COVID, they are working with food and don't care? He ignored me. there is camera footage as well!! this needs to be addressed, please!! no one has contacted me and no repercussions has been made? This is reckless behavior and action needs to be taken.
Sure Travel surely The worst service in the Industry Very unprofessional as the Boksburg branch manager Debbie Joubert tried to humiliate me and this isn't a"game" Debbie. I used my prerogative to be transparent about my enquiry which I have full right to do. Sure travels response was rude, unprofessional and honestly uncalled. The sheer arrogance in Debbie's response to a new client is shocking. This behaviour should not be allowed especially ina customer service related industry that's this cut-throat!! Descent service is expected and in return, humiliation was received on a simple request. This is shocking! don't use Sure Travel 24-7 or Sure travel with any travelling endeavour!
This panel beaters are the WORST!!! No customer service and what they say and do does not line up; I took my bakkie in to them to get repaired , it was suppose to be fixed within 1 week, but they ordered the WRONG door ( who the hell does this- its a joke !) , so instead of 1 it took 2 weeks. When we finally went to pick up our vehicle the colour was an obvious mismatched colour, their excuse " we only fitted it under a UV light not in daylight " Wghaaat???!! What kind of panel beater are they ??? ( its a Circus!). I had to take my vehicle back in on Monday (Yesterday) after promising me a courtesy vehicle as it was THEIR FAULT, why should I be inconvenienced, if its their lack of competency that mismatched the color in the 1st place? DO NOT GO TO THESE PANEL BEATERS!! Insurance companies need to start reviewing this bad panel beaters , and remove such companies from their list ! Its ridiculous Alexander Forbes Insurance!!
