Is Inflated additional customer service prices, really worth losing the support of loyal clients?

How does one justify R330.00 for a 2-minute task of scattering a small amount of rose petals ( which should not cost more than approx R100) which is 66% of the Full Couples massage for an hour( 2 people) at a cost of R500.00? This does not make sense, doesn't this seem like Daylight robbery?
