I had a terrible experience at Tasko sweet store Alberton New Redruth, I walked in the store today around 13;00pm ,2 ladies in the shop were busy parking the stock they were not welcoming. I roam around the shop looking for help I kept asking them for help I snapped and got irritated by their behavior because of no sense of agent, they ignore me and continue to chat on their own. I told them I am not happy with their behavior and left the store. 1 light skin lady came on followed me and threaten to beat me up, she clearly started that I am lucky because she's on a uniform. That kind of behavior is totally unacceptable I cannot threaten nor intimidated because of someone that lack customer service services skills. I did not personally attack her; I just raised my concerned and frustrations because of poor service I don't understand why she acted so unprofessional and even followed me outside the shop to threated me. Please deal with your stuff before I open the case of assault and ************.

I have placed an order on the 5th of July 2023 order number ;8052038 And one item was not included, I phone back to notify them ,the person I spoke to process the refund however my order was worth R114.99, but the refund I received was R65.77. I did not have any item to that amount on my order. I drove to PNP SAP at Heidelberg to notify them about the shortfall, the person I spoke to Named Leah took my number and promise to escalate the matter to her manager to date I have not been contacted. The reason why I placed an order online is because I didn't want to drive out. but the terrible service I got made me drive out. I still haven't received the respond about my remaining balance. what a Terrible service and very inconveniencing.
Hello I would like to say thank you to Lebo and Zuzile for the excellent service , all the stuff members are friendly from the minute you walk-in they acknowledge you to the Reception , they all greet with a warm friendly smile and willing to assist.. the process to make the booking is quick and efficient. Thank you so much for the excellent service , good customer service, and the Hygiene is on point. Well done.
These scammers took R221.68 into my account on the 15th of March 20222 at 9;30pm , I spoke to Jess on live chart she told me she will email me the prove that i have subscribed with them , she never send an email as... I told her that i never subscribe with them it was the first time i even see that vigourhub777.com i don't even know what is it about , i ever used their facility they hacked my account and took my money .. I want my money back!! People need to be aware of these scammers!!!
The challenges of supporting a small business is dealing with incompetent people who are not even ashamed of their behavior, they are just after money ,than protecting the image of their so called 'business'.. I have placed an order with these people i will refer to them as people because when i raise my concern i deal with different people who know nothing but to blame shift.. They lack communication skills and respect for their customers.. No etiquette at all.. I saw their page on Instagram selling beauty products, then i placed an order on the 26 Nov 2021 with the order number 1387 I received my order however it was packaged incomplete with no Note of apology , i informed them ,I've been enquiring with them to date i have not yet received my missing item... They keep telling me they will send it but nothing as yet..
I would like to give credit to Mellshopperza for the best service she provides. good customer skills ,good communication skills and very efficiency she went extra miles to meet my expectation. Good day I am so furious with the terrible service i received form Clientele legal insurance Policy number 953023707 I took a legal policy on the 01/04/2021 for R230 per month. the person who assisted me told me i will be covered immediate , i then phone a month later for assistant they told me about the waiting period, fine i waited 6 months later i phone for assistance they are telling me they can’t help me because i moved out of my house before i was covered. the most frustrating part is the lies they use to attract people to join their policy they don't explain the correct process an procedures and be transparent , 6 months of paying for nothing they are telling me i should find a private lawyer to assist me i am so annoyed at their poor service , they robbed me R1380. because of their dishonest!!!
Hi i bought hair products for an amount of R547.46 on the 03/01/2021 at ecoessentialssa. to date i have not received my order , Order number is #1022 i received all the confirmation for my order being purchased ,and the transaction went through i have emailed them all the proof of payment, but no reply nothing.. am so disappointed by this poor service with no communication is really frustrating i feel like i have been robbed because i never received my products am trying all platforms to communicate with them , but no reply Irritated!!
I parked my car at the Hospital Parking, when I came back the tree fell on the car, due to some Construction however the was no sign not to park there. The construction under the tree strained the tree and it feel, the was big water pipes under the tree they build under the tree. I reported the incident at the Hospital to the sister on Duty named Nokukhanya Masina she promised to get back at me, as the Hospital manager was not on duty to date I have not received any phone call or message. My car is damaged and scratched ,I have tried to contact the Hospital several times they keep telling me they will get back at me , I phoned the hospital Manager office spoke to Lerato she promised to send the message. I phoned the Hospital Manager office and I spoke to Sue she said she will pass the Manager to the Hospital Manager name; Mr Kgolo to date no one has come back to me. No apology no compensation for the hospital.
