Upgraded my contracts on 22 May I was charged the full monthly amounts plus pro rata on one device and full insurance premiums for both contracts when I enquire I was told that how vodacom operates however same is contrary to what their policy stipulates .when I requested refund I was refused .and again I had to pay R748 at the counter when I enquire what was the amount for the response received was vague . Worse customer center agents knows nothing they can't even resolve any query .I really do not understand why vodacom doesn't train their staff
i have made the purchase of two mattresses queen xl and double SKYLINE EXTRA FIRM around September/ October 2024 .at DIAL A BED WYNBERG CLERANCE in less than 7 months the mattress is sagging , i have reported same where the purchase was made and the consultant form Bravo was sent to inspect the mattress after sending pictures, however his report was not satisfactory he said i need to rotate the mattress ,i need to put it on the floor to check if its not may base unfortunately i use sleigh bed and nothing is wrong with my bed i done all the exercises( rotate, put on floor etc) i was told to do .still i am not happy with less than 7 month sagging Sealy skyline mattress . i have requested for refund i was told they not refunding i requested for another mattress there is no response from DIAL A BED WYNBURG AND BRAVO
I bought fresh cream cake at woolies sunward park, and did not consume the cake on the day but the following day . The cake was so stale and breaking and funny the cream inside was fresh .I then went back when I had time to return the cake to my surprise I have meet with the rude manager ever she refused to exchange the cake telling me that they as stuff buy waste food and upon consuming the waste food is still fresh and she doesn't understand what I was saying . And for that matter Woolworth sunward park cakes are always stale regardless of the sell by date .
Went to clicks Elspark to buy feminine items , the item i wanted was priced R260.00 I took the item with other things to pay point ,then the item was no longer 260 .00 but R500.00 then went with the rude lady she then moved the prices around and processed to the till to void the item and just said the item.is R 260 .00 they can't override the item to the price I saw on the shelves .the manager came she was just ad rude and said it was impossible to override the item
Good day On or about November 2023 I had a claim with Cia Insurance as our complex is registered with them,and they appointed Water lite as the contractor. My gyser was leaking then i claimed with the insurance then the appointed contract came and find that the gyser was damaged, and needed to be replaced. Same was done and I paid the access requested. They left and the gyser worked fine. Then hardly 7 months after the replacement there was a leak from the roof I called the insurance again they dispatched another contractor that discovered that the pressure valve that was used by Water Lite was *********** / low quality to the brand of the geyser they installed . I was made to pay another access and complained to CIA and to date I have not received any feedback from them.instead they sent Water Lite an email of which was ignored . So clearly the contractors are robbing us unsuspecting customers by using inferior parts and we pay for such. As stated in my email I want my refund . The same was paid via my bank and sent them POP as usual by taking screen shots from the bank app.usually, my payment appears on their account after a day or so.then they will send email with voucher numbers . I have been enquiry about the same for almost 2weeks now and I have been given the run around requesting proof of payment from the bank .I have sent same from my account showing them that money has been paid into their account on certain date.however they still refuse to assist .what's annoying is since I have been using Health hydro spa for more than 7 years I have used same payment method I really don't know what's the fuss about .</div>
I had a trip last month i was charged twice when i enquire email was sent,saying money has not been debited from my account and same will be reversed after 7 working days that has not happed. Just few minutes ago i receive an sms that R531.00 was deducted from my account for the ride whilst im sleeping how is that possible. I want my money back.
I just bought hot wigs 12 and 2 lunch meal boxes as takeaway, upon my arrival at home the meat is not eatable its full of grease dirty oil dripping and the meat itself was a hard as rock ( looked like last week meat) i tried calling chicken licken germiston Webber road but the phone rings off the hook and tried chicken licken booysens headoffice they hang up the calls .
I bought my car at this dealership, and after they installed the radio system I started noticing that when it rains ,the seats get wet ,I took I the car back to be fixed but the same problem persists and they refusing to take my calls ,
FINITE ADMINISTRATORS , they are robbers and fraudsters and worse employ incompetent consultants, i was due for cellphone upgrade of which same was done with VODACOM ALBERTON CITY on or about February and all was fine i have been paying what i have signed for . then all of a sudden there was insurance money added in my account with out my consent and same appears on my JUNE tax invoice ,i didn't consented to insurance with FINRITE as they work together with VODACOM, i called their cancellation department on 082 1952 they gave a **** explanation since all their consultants are incompetent but BARDENE is the worst of them all , i was told that the insurance has been activated from CELL SHACK in GERMISTON and to my suprise i did not upgrade the VODACOM CONTRACT AT GERMISTON BUT ALBERTON CITY WITH EXCLUSION OF INSURANCE. i have requested them to review the tax invoice however i was told that i was liable for that amount , how can i be liable for what i did not sign for?? if same is not rectified by end of business day , legal action will be lodged between both VODACOM AND FINRITE ADMINISTRATORS
