<p>I am a gym company member who is heartbroken by the service given. My id number is ********** 233080.On the 1st of February 2017 i went to gymcompany bree in jhb cbd to advise them that i have been retrenched so wanted to know wat can be done.I got assisted by Thando Xaba who took the letter of retrenchment and advised that the company would freeze my account for three months which to date has not been done.I have recieved calls from them asking for payment and when i remind Thando of the submitted documents she says she knows nothing about it......As i am not working they have caused me alot of debt.....Is this how customers are treated?</p>
<p>My insurance informed me that car was received by Renew-it Edenvale beginning of February and it would take 15 days.Started receiving communication from Gabisile Khumalo and Cassidy on updates about the vehicle...around the 15day mark those notifications stopped coming in.I needed some information on the vehicle was told its not Gabi who should give me feedback should contact Cassidy who advised they would get back to me with the information and that was two weeks ago still waiting..........Can the service get any worse?</p>
<p> So Miway does it yet again.......,.........just a quick update car was stolen 9 December 2016 ,recovered on the 14 December in Durban but only returned to Johannesburg late January (after a lot of nagging).Oratile calls on on the 1st of February to say its been taken to Renew-it edenvale and it would take 15 days and car would be done.That's when I started receiving communication from Gabi Khumalo and Cassidy in text form that authorisation has been received to fix the car.......Called Renew -It to get an update on the car still waiting and that was two weeks ago........Can the service from Miway and Renew it Edenvale get worse than this?</p>
<p>On the 9th of December2016 i was hijacked and reported this to the insurance in terms of making a claim .Luckily for me on the 14th December 2016 at around 22:00pm my tracking service informed me that the car had been recovered in Isipingo so i then called them (insurance) to inform them of this and they then advised that they need to have the car sent to a assesment centre and they would then have the car collected from the Isipingo pound.I have shared with them contact informtion of all investigating officer and since the 14 they have have been giving me the run around in terms of getting the car back to Johannesburg.It has been over a mounth where they have nt made any means of assisting me with this instead all i get is empty promises.i am very very disappointed in Miway considering that all premuims are collected without fail.</p>
