Pathetic service

GELEAD sciences global appalling service for three months now now stock of Truvada in South Africa when i contacted them they refuse to give me answer as to why there is no stock reason i am not a health professional or a pharmacist group i have contacted both parties saying supplier have no stock when i contact Gelead the supplier they refuse to assist ????????
