Disgusted been a long standing customer for over 25 years paying levies each year but can not get any reservations in western cape even tried year in advance to no avail to many members and to little accommodation absolutely pathetic

GELEAD sciences global appalling service for three months now now stock of Truvada in South Africa when i contacted them they refuse to give me answer as to why there is no stock reason i am not a health professional or a pharmacist group i have contacted both parties saying supplier have no stock when i contact Gelead the supplier they refuse to assist ????????

Worst aircon ever
LG dual inverter biggest peace of **** aircon will never purchase one ever again i bought a 38000btu split unit endless problems from 2022 has never worked properly does not heat efficiently LG could not be bothered they appoint installer that are useless and do not know the product

I have paid an account on behalf of my son in Law there were a glitch on my credit card Nu Debt were over paid i spoke to Palesa sent her all documentation via e mail she required but she does not respond and my refund still outstanding totally uneceptable i called numerous times to no avail. Poor and Pathetic Service
we have been in contact with Mojela Nembulunge from your Fleet division as per instruction from my insurance all my NP 200 vechiles requires 2nd tracking device however Mojela installed cameras not what asked for and one vechile still oustanding we have sent repeated e mails but to no avail since 18th March

Poor service *********** call centre staff
My Sasol rewards app does not work for months now i have the call centre but to no avail twice they to delete app and reload does not work tells me i must register when i do it tells me profile already exist then i called again the the told me they would get a supervisor to call me i am still waiting to date

Pathetic service
I have bought a 36000 BTU Dual inverter aircon worst product i have ever bought from day one the unit were not working properly it were installed by strait air so called agent for LG i the contacted LG i then contacted Andries Bekker from LG they came out only to find out the gas was over full they and undone gas pipe and sprayed gas and oil over my lawn killing the lawn now when i use aircon water is coming out of aircon and running down my wall floor soaking wet now mr Bekker says he can not assist and me strait air do not return my calls how do LG appoint installers when they can not do the job i would never recommend LG i am disgusted and if i could give them a zero rating i would
