It is a pity there is not a - rating. We had 80 points with QVC for many years and only notice this year that they have changed our points to 50. On enquiry it seems that they have done it one sided since 2022. In effect we have lost 90 points which they said we can not get it back because we did not pay the levies on that points. Who`s fault was that? Their levies is starting to get absurd with yearly increases. We are pensioners now and can only get bookings at very few places if you are lucky. People should think twice before joining them or buying more points.

I'm writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I've received from Dream Vacations' concierge team. Despite being a loyal subscriber for years, the quality of service has deteriorated significantly over the past two to three years. The issues are multifaceted: - Emails are often met with arrogant and impolite responses, and it's clear they're not being read thoroughly. - Response times exceed business hours, so they willl reply at 4:45 pm and they close at 5pm, leaving an entire day blank and then only replying at 4:45pm the next day, which is unacceptable. - The team seems to prioritize high-value clients/portfolios, leaving those with lower-profile packages/portfolios to suffer poor service. What's most concerning is the treatment of my parents, who are senior citizens and have been loyal clients for years. They rely on their SASA pension, which is paid out on specific dates in the new month. However, Dream Vacations fails to accommodate these payment dates, resulting in harassment for payments and blocking of online accounts. Despite numerous emails highlighting this issue, the accounts department refuses to make adjustments. The lack of attention to detail and customer care is staggering. I would strongly advise against taking up a membership with Dream Vacations. Until they revamp their customer service approach, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I'm writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I've received from Dream Vacations' concierge team. Disgusted been a long standing customer for over 25 years paying levies each year but can not get any reservations in western cape even tried year in advance to no avail to many members and to little accommodation absolutely pathetic

Checking in is a complete nightmare. I stood in line for an hour and 45 minutes to check in. There were seniors with crutches waiting the same time to check in. In previous years we could check in earlier and get your room key when your room was ready. They now only start checking in at 2. After we got our room, our stay was amazing.

QVC is refusing to cancel my membership after many years of me requesting to cancel via email. They are purposely unhelpful and very rude when they reply to my emails. My husband asked on email to be transferred to a manager to get better help and the lady who rep**** back to his email said that she is the highest person that the complaint goes to so there is no one else who can help. They keep saying that we have to pay our account in full in order to cancel and we keep paying and they keep taking our money still every month. Is there no one else who can help us?? We are so worried that if we don't pay at the end of the month or reverse the payments that they will blacklist us. For anyone else who wants to join QVC, take it from me and my husband, DO NOT DO IT!!

I have recently lost my job and with been 63 and recovering from cancer, finding another job has been tough. I am forced to move in with my kids as a result of this financial distress. I contacted QVC and advised them that I wish to cancel as I do not have the funds to pay them any longer. After all these years they are holding me to a ransome of R9K. I just do not have the money, and I can't afford this. Surely after all the period and time that I have been with QVC this should not be the case. This is just stress that is not needed now and the total lack of empathy or understanding from QVC is horrific !

I have been a member for more than 20 years they never have anything available i even try a year before the time still no luck i think it all about the money they have more members than available space i am totally disgusted
