QVC is refusing to cancel my membership after many years of me requesting to cancel via email. They are purposely unhelpful and very rude when they reply to my emails. My husband asked on email to be transferred to a manager to get better help and the lady who rep**** back to his email said that she is the highest person that the complaint goes to so there is no one else who can help. They keep saying that we have to pay our account in full in order to cancel and we keep paying and they keep taking our money still every month. Is there no one else who can help us?? We are so worried that if we don't pay at the end of the month or reverse the payments that they will blacklist us. For anyone else who wants to join QVC, take it from me and my husband, DO NOT DO IT!!
I've had too bad experiences with Snatcher to ever trust them again and then again there are very capable customer service people who are extremely helpful which makes me go back every time. I am stuck in the middle of a rock and a hard place with Snatcher. I would love them to redeem themselves because I love their products. Please Snatcher do better.
My husband and I have been trying to cancel our terrible Telkom service since last December 2019. We've called in to call centers countless times because for some reason you cannot cancel your Telkom service by going into a Telkom store and speaking to someone face to face. I thought for one brief moment last year October 2020 that I was successful when I emailed the Senior retentions officer to communicate the disgusting service of Telkom and was emailed back to confirm that our service has at last been cancelled. Then January this year (2021) I received an email with an invoice attached stating that we owe Telkom money for our cancelled service. And then this month, February 2021 another invoice received with an amount owing by us. I am so sick and tired of businesses like Telkom taking advantage of the average worker. Can anyone give me advise on how to take this matter further? Who can I contact personally and not a call center number please.
Just came from the drive through at Mcdonalds in Kuilsriver and their service is utterly disgusting. How can so many incompetent people work in the same place at the same time. I am so disappointed. I ordered a spicy folder over meal and then had to remind the lady at the pay point that it should be spicy, then I had to hear a whole lot of shouting from that lady to the people at the grill to make it a spicy foldover. My son wanted a cheese burger with no salads and sauce on it and when I checked the till slip it wasn't even on there. Also when I collected my order, the folder over was garlic and not spicy. The length of time that they took to put together peoples meals at the drive through was ridiculous. I've never been so disappointed in Kuilsriver Mcdonalds before, now I have to find another Mcdonalds in the area to go.
