It is a pity there is not a - rating. We had 80 points with QVC for many years and only notice this year that they have changed our points to 50. On enquiry it seems that they have done it one sided since 2022. In effect we have lost 90 points which they said we can not get it back because we did not pay the levies on that points. Who`s fault was that? Their levies is starting to get absurd with yearly increases. We are pensioners now and can only get bookings at very few places if you are lucky. People should think twice before joining them or buying more points.
My medical aid paid them on 2/12/2020 for a CPAP machine and up to date I have not receive it. I have send all the proof to Polokwane branch and apperently they do not know about it or is willing to contact their head office to confirm.
My home is insured by Standardbank home insurance. We had a drain blockage and the plumbers determine after digging up a stretch of pipe that a rock moved down on the pipe and pressing the pipe to a near close. A strech of pipe need to be replaced and now they say that they do not cover any sewerage pipes what so ever on their home owners policy. According to the plumbing company they do the very same work for other insurance companies. I really think this is very very poor service from Standardbank home insurance.
