Poor Customer Service

Last year October 2020 I registered at Inscape College for Interior design, they registered me for Advanced Certificate Interior design, after few days they changed my course from advance to fundamental. And I paid full amount for that course. So this year June 2021 they send me new contract again for higher certificate, and I'm not yet finish for Fundamental course. They said I signed the wrong contract. So I'm so confused that what kind of college is that, I want college to pay back my money, I want refund.
