I received a call from MTN they said I received Sumsung phone from MTN, but I have never received phone from them, I'm not using Sumsung phone and I'm not using MTN Sim card also. I don't have anything with MTN. They want to deduct money from my account. There is debit order of R2700 but is failed because I'm not working. Please help thanks.
Last year October 2020 I registered for the Interior design at Inscape Institute Midrand Campus, they registered me for Advanced Certificate Interior design after few days they changed it from advanced to fundamental. And I've already paid full amount. Again this year June 2021 they send new contract again for higher certificate, they said I've signed wrong contract and I'm not yet finish for Fundamental course. I just want to which course I'm I doing between Advanced, Fundamental and Higher Certificate for Interior design. And I want College to pay back my money, I want refund

Last year I went to Old Mutual Cresta to tell them that I'm retrenched, they told that they gonna put my premium on Holiday period until December if I found a job on January I must come and tell them that I'm working, so that they can start deducting money. Unfortunately I did not found a job but end of January they started to deduct my money so I want my money back, after holiday period because I'm not working.
I did claim at FNB my claim was approved, they did pay only one month after that they deducting my money each and every month. I don't know what is happening on this Credit card please help.
2014 my father invested money at Liberty Life through FNB for five years amount was R100 000. Through that years there are withdrawals and transfer that he was not aware of them. There is transfer of R50 000 to account that he don't know, that happened on 2014. Matured year of investment was October 2019. The amount was still R100 000, no interest, we tried to find out but no one helped us, they refuse to printed us statement.
I'm retrenched end of August and I did Credit card Claim on September 2020 till today I didn't receive any feedback from them but they call me every month for payment. I went to the bank they said they don't have access to check status of my claim, they put me on phone for Call Centre, they were transferring me to one onother they said same story they don't have access to check status of my claim.
