Mrs AM Timmerman-Botha passed away on 7 October 2020. We only recently received a message that a refund is due to the estate. We submitted all the documentation on 9 May 2023 for the refund to be processed. We are constantly following up and receive the following feedback : We (Agility Health) are assisting the scheme (Health Squared) with the process of refunding Health Squared members any potential savings or contributions. In order to this the following steps are taken: 1. We have to verify banking details to ensure that any due refunds are processed to the correct account. It is crucial that we avoid any attempts of *****. 2. It is necessary that we then investigate the amount that is due for refund. For this, we have to recon the account to ensure that there are no amounts owing by the member to the scheme. 3. Once we are satisfied that the amount due to the member is correct, we then prepare batches that are sent to the scheme for payment. 4. Since the High Court has appointed a Liquidator, we cannot confirm when these payments will be made as this process is at this point, out of our direct control. There are previously submitted batches that we are awaiting feedback on when the payments will be processed. The estate is being finalised and this is the only outstanding matter which we urgently needs to be settled.
