The service at Health-Worx Cresta has deteriorated over the years. I’ve been a loyal client since 2011 but not treated as a valuable client. I have done tests on 8 January and still haven’t received my results

I’ve complained about the same thing in August 2025 when I didn’t get my results back a month after doing the tests. This is just unacceptable and I don’t feel like it makes any difference to escalate the issues to the Practice manager
