Useless.

on the 05th of May i have send all the documents required for a claim. all 3 documents was on 1 email and received a response stating that they were all processed and received 3 reff nr, one for each document.

on the 12th of may i requested an update. ive tried several emails all of them was useless, directing me to a number that i could WhatsApp.

that Nr does not work and no response is given.

so a few days later ive called, i gave all my details and then she hung up on me for no reason.

the 16th of may, i called again just to find out that my documents was never processed. they say ive send all my documents separate and i did not.

They never even tried to reach out to me, their emails are useless , their whatsapp are useless. and they are useless.

now im sending my documents for the claim for the 3rd time.
