Product is out of stock

I placed an order on health cart , on the 4th of August I received an email from Darshen Pillay( Hi ,<br> Regarding your order, the item you purchased is currently out of stock, do you wish to substitute it for something else of the same price, keep the money in internal credit for another order that you will like to make at a later stage or should we refund you your money back?DARSHEN PILLAY. <br> <br> I requested a refund and sent my banking details and received and email promising within 5 working day.<br> <br> Till today I'm still waiting for my refund , I've sent another email and the response was the refund is being process , again I was requested to submit my banking details. <br> <br> They advertised a product that was out of stock .I ordered a product in good faith .They don't have it other companies do. There's no response , I'm not asking for a loan I just want my money back, I will NEVER buy from their company again!!!<br> <br>
